IT Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern, based in our European headquarters in Madrid, to support the activity of the IT team. Main Responsibilities The selected intern will support administrative and analytical tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities include: Screening and monitoring incidents across different areas. Assigning incidents to external providers. Resolving simple administrative requests or incidents. User management (onboarding, offboarding and updates) in various internal applications. Documentation tasks and information updates. Support in creating database jobs and queries. Participation in the Rebranding to Nippon Sanso project: task execution, testing and follow‑up.
