Job Responsibility

1. Serve as the country local primary contact point between business and IT team, effectively translating business needs into system solutions.

2. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to technical specifications for IT application/software development & enhancement.

3. Maintain strong relationships with function and business leaders to ensure alignment of IT solution capabilities with business objectives.

4. Collaborate with global IT teams for application maintenance, troubleshooting, and new project implementation.

5. Manage local IT vendors, coordinate for the vendor sourcing, solution evaluation, and bidding process. 

6. Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

7. Support global IT BP for project planning, budgeting, solution design, and execution. 

Job Requirements

Education Background: 

Bachelor’s degree(or above) in computer science, information technology, data analysis, or related fields

Work Experience: 

6+ years of experience in IT business analysis, consultancy, or similar roles

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

1. Deep understanding of corporate applications includes but not limited to SAP, SFDC, Ariba, MES, WMS, Maximo, Finance & HR system.

2. Demonstrated expertise with hands-on skills in configuration and development in certain application areas.

3. Solid knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques.

4. Experience in creating functional specifications and translating them into technical requirements.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

6. Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

7. PM experience of full cycle project management.

8. Adaptable with quick learning ability and growth mindset

9. Practice of agile development methodologies

10. Hands-on skills of data analysis and dashboard tools

11. Knowledge of AI and business usage in corporate 

12. Basic knowledge of finance accounting

13. Experience in the green energy industry or similar sectors
