Job Overview 

• Monitor, control, and improve warehouse operations (safety, processes, JES, and 3PL KPIs)
• Oversee logistics and product quality; support proactive actions to meet PPM targets and ensure timely claim closures
• Drive system and process improvements related to packaging and quality
• Ensure shipments and overseas plants are not impacted by packaging or logistics quality issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse
• Act as IRF representative for South Korea IRF operations, coordinating crisis management across delivery, logistics, and quality
• Collaborate with logistics service providers for on-time vessel scheduling, drayage LSP container placement, CHA, and loading at POL
