Invigilator/Procter
Job Summary:*Join us as a part-time, fully onsite Invigilatorwhere every day is different! We offer flexible scheduling with standard operational shifts typically occurring between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm*, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should remain open to a stretch schedule extending until 11:00 pm*as required by business needs or peak volume periods, paid travel, and the chance to create a welcoming, secure exam experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and check in candidates, verify ID, and explain exam procedures Proctor exams, ensuring strict compliance with all testing policies Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams Maintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing workstations after each exam Adapt to changing schedules and support smooth test center operations
Required Skills and Competencies:
*Adaptability to flexible shifts and changing tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and operational excellence Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Qualifications (Education & Experience):
*Graduate in any relevant field Fluent in English
