Investment Accounting Analyst (Contract)

Securities investment accounting data maintenance including month/quarter-end closing JGAAP adjustments, using a securities administration system.

Reconciliation of investment trust accounting data from securities administration system and the JGAAP general ledger balances.

Reconciliation of investment trust accounting data from securities administration system and JTAX securities administration system.

Preparation of regulatory reports and internal management information for securities investment.

Maintain accurate data in JTAX securities administration system for Japanese tax accounting.

Communicate and collaborate with other internal/external counter parties both in Japan and overseas, to maintain the accurate securities investment accounting information among the systems and to complete the reconciliations.

Enhancement/improvement of existing securities investment accounting /reporting procedures as required.

Resolve issues found in the securities investment accounting data in the course of the procedures above
