Responsibilities
The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for performing regular physical counting of stocks to ensure inventory accuracy between the warehouse system and actual on‑hand quantities. The role supports inventory control activities by identifying discrepancies, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with Operations and Inventory teams.
This position is critical in supporting inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and audit readiness of warehouse operations.
- Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and physical inventory counting based on schedule
- Verify actual stock versus system quantity and record count results accurately
- Identify, report, and document inventory discrepancies and variances
- Coordinate with Operations, Team Leaders, and Inventory Analysts during counting activities
- Assist in root‑cause analysis of inventory variances
- Ensure proper labeling, location accuracy, and stock integrity
- Maintain accurate inventory records and count documentation
- Follow inventory SOPs, audit requirements, and safety standards
- Support wall‑to‑wall counts and client audits when required
Requirements
- At least Senior Highschool Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience inventory cycle counting, warehouse operations or stock control
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (data entry, counting sheets, basic inventory reports)
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to details
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory flow
- Experience in SAP, WMS or inventory systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and render overtime when needed
- Physically fit to conduct counting activities in a warehouse environment
- Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
