Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain analysis within the FMCG industry.

Core Skills:

Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must be skilled in using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other advanced functions for complex data analysis.

System Experience: Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues, analyze trends, and draw conclusions from data.
