Internship Opportunity in Program Management (Part-Time, ~15 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our program management team as a part-time intern (approximately 15 hours per week). This position is designed to fit alongside academic commitments and offers hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do:
- Prepare, fine tune and finalize contracts with our customers based on the information provided by Program Managers or Project Team Members.
- Compile contract data from Master Data, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail. Refine draft contracts in strong collaboration with the Project Team Members.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation using Microsoft List and Power BI.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the team.
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks alongside studies
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
