As an intern in the InHome & Media domain, you will help shape the technology strategy that defines the future of InHome connectivity and media services for millions of KPN customers. Your work will contribute to innovations focused on medium‑ to long‑term strategic opportunities (Horizon 3). Your insights and ideas will help KPN stay at the forefront of digital innovation, ensuring our customers enjoy the best possible InHome experience.

Your role as an InHome & Media Technology Strategy Intern

  • Conduct technology and market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives for InHome & Media solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring insights into action
  • Analyze business needs and translate these needs into technical requirements
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

 

For this internship at KPN, your curiosity and drive to innovate will take you far. We also value that you are living and studying in the Netherlands, and your:

  • Enrollment in a relevant university MSc program (e.g., Industrial Design Engineering, Strategic Product Design, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Strategic Management, Econometrics or similar)
  • Ability to drive initiatives at the intersection of technology and strategy
  • Technical acumen and affinity with digital technologies
  • Previous internship experience in a technical environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • You are available to start in April or May 2026, for a minimum period of 4 months

This is what you will receive from KPN:

  • An internship allowance of EUR 600 (based on 40 hours).
  • A hybrid workplace: 2 days at the office, 3 days working from home.
  • A laptop, which you can also use for your school assignments.
