Internship - HR Employee Engagement
DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for a candidate for an internship in the Payroll Team at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) for its HR Department.
WHAT WE OFFER?
The opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge of HR Payroll processes within a multinational company.
You will support the team in activities related to personnel administration and will be able to enhance your interpersonal skills.
A 6-month full-time internship, with reimbursement of expenses of €800 gross and meal vouchers worth €8.00 (€7.00 for remote working).
Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).
WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
- Supporting colleagues in the time and attendance tracking process (entering justifications, medical certificates, checking closing reports, etc.).
- Supporting the management of administrative processes related to the commencement and variation of employment relationships, such as drafting employment letters, extensions, conversions, and terminations, including relevant notifications to the Employment Center.
- Management and updating of employee master data.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the territory and engage with various stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
With a strong interest in deepening your knowledge of the HR world (specifically the administrative field), precision, attention to detail, and a natural aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
Experiences and skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree. Previous completion of a Master's program and/or prior experience in the HR field will be considered a preferential asset.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- The profile is completed by excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and curiosity
