Internship
MICE Operations is in a phase of rapid and international growth. In addition to successful growth in the Benelux, we are now setting our sights on the largest and most dynamic events market in Europe: Germany. To make this ambitious step successful, we are looking for a proactive and motivated intern who has a good command of the German language.
Your Role?
As a Go-to-Market Germany Intern, you will contribute to all materials and activities necessary to realize a successful market launch. You will help us create a strong foundation for success and support the first customers. You will work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments, gaining a unique and complete view of the operational processes of a fast-growing SaaS company during a crucial expansion phase.
Your range of tasks is dynamic and includes:
Content / Sales enablement: supporting the correct translation and cultural adaptation of all marketing, sales, and product materials, including presentations, website pages, help desk content and communication.
Lead Generation support: assisting the Sales department in setting up the first outreach campaigns, preparing for and qualifying potential leads.
Customer Success support: assisting our Support and Implementation Specialists with the onboarding of the first German customers, gathering feedback, and developing case studies.
This is the chance to gain hands-on experience with the go-to-market cycle from A to Z.
