Our team works every day to bridge the gap between software and the end-consumer experience. We are looking for a driven eCommerce Intern for a full-time (40-hour) on-site internship for at least 4 to 6 months. In this role, you won't just be watching from the sidelines: you’ll be testing, analyzing, and implementing changes that impact thousands of daily transactions.

Are you fascinated by why customers click "buy" or why they drop off? Do you want to learn how to turn raw data into a seamless shopping journey?
As our Ecommerce Data & CRO Intern, you will work at the intersection of data engineering and online merchandising. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and the Customer Success team to optimize the customer journey across our partners' webshops. Your primary mission is to utilize data to understand customer behavior and enhance conversion rates.
Your key responsibilities:
Customer Behavior Analytics: Dive into the data to discover how users navigate our platforms and where we can remove friction.
CRO & A/B Testing: Proactively come up with hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and analyze the results to see what truly drives growth.
Online Merchandising: Support the team in ensuring products are categorized optimally and easily found, using data-driven insights to prioritize improvements.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Help build and maintain dashboards that visualize eCommerce performance and "customer health" for our partners.
Actionable Insights: Translate customer feedback and data patterns into concrete action points for the product roadmap.
