What you’ll do

Join one of our teams (Product, GTM, Talent, HR, or Operations) and contribute to high-impact projects from day one
Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams that directly impact company growth
Support and collaborate closely with founders and senior team members on strategic and operational initiatives
Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively execute solutions
Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where interns are expected to take ownership and act with a strong sense or urgency

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR-related functions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams
Most importantly: we care deeply about working with genuinely kind, collaborative, and hard-working people who make the team better through empathy and openness

Demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences
