Job Description : We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice Customer Support Executives with Excellent communication.

Salary :- (3LPA -3.6LPA)

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply) Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
