Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International voice process as an Customer Support Executives with Excellent communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Work from office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
- Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
