- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Shifts:
Able to Work for Rotational Night Shift,
Its a 5 day work and 2 Rotational Week off,
2 Way Cab Facility.
Skill Required :
Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required from any International Voice Process (Inbound Calling only) NO Freshers No Domestic Experience.
