Job Description

We are hiring for Wealth Managers - International Sales Consultant. The role involves handling insurance inquiries from NRI customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable insurance solutions. This is a target-driven role with high earning potential and structured career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on international/NRI leads provided by the company (No cold calling)
• Connect with overseas customers via calls and virtual platforms
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products
• Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and compliance details
• Ensure timely follow-ups and complete sales closure
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain CRM updates and documentation coordination

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Minimum 12th pass with experience can apply)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident in handling international clients
• Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
