RealPage is looking for a technology leader with 12+ years of very strong experience in Software delivery management - to lead our RealPage Buildium team. 

• Custodian of the delivery and owner of roadmap from engineering organization. 
• Work with the technical and product teams to design, develop and test software that meets product needs. 
• Providing technical input into designs and creation of technical design documents. 
• Implement developmental best practices and participate in code reviews. 
• Design and implement low latency, high availability applications. 
• Diagnose and resolve reported problems and issues. 
• Successfully delivers the results on initiatives in timely and effective manner. 
• Provide technical directions to and mentor junior developers. 
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to assist in the creation of test plans and automation. 

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 12+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft tech stack. 
• Must have experience leading 8+ team members. 
• Hands-on Experience in ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, Angular, SQL Server, Micro Services. 
• Experience in Agile software development practices in SAFe Framework and CI-CD toolsets. 
• Expertise in providing technical directions and thought leadership to the team. 
• Experience in Azure DevOps, Git, Release pipelines, Continuous deployment. 
• Thorough understanding of the Product Development lifecycle. 
• Ability to work effectively with and motivate teams. 
• Strong communication skills and a customer service focus. 
• As a bonus, experience using AI tools (CoPilot/Windsurf/Cursor) with an LLM to assist in the development of code.
