Overview
The Data Analyst III manages orders and resolves issues related to salesforce orders. In this role you develop and establish standards and procedures through analysis of order related processes. The Data Analyst supports the daily functions of order management and billing within the department and the Operations Team Lead in various projects as needed.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Import non-OMS products into Salesforce based on client-signed orders.
- Create implementation projects to schedule and manage implementation of RealPage products.
- Perform backlog audits by analyzing, validating, and updating backlog reasons for implementation orders.
- Research and investigate order history to identify root causes and ensure accurate resolution of issues.
- Perform quality checks on managed orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Create project trackers to support Engagement Managers in managing implementation.
- Assist Revenue Operations, Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams in resolving Salesforce order-related issues.
- Support leadership with daily functions and participate in implementation and billing-related projects.
- Ensure database quality by identifying discrepancies and supporting process improvements to correct inaccurate data.
- Create and update process documentation.
- Leverage knowledge of RealPage order management processes and procedures to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for teammates or new hires as needed.
- Manage and develop new program initiatives as directed by the Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Report directly to the Supervisor and support both operational and strategic initiatives of the Order Management Team.
- Act as point of contact for the team as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With 1-2 years data-analysis related work experience is required for this position
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- With a least 2 years’ experience in using Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience breaking down processes and measuring the efficiency of the processes.
- Proven track record identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
