Where You’ll Make a Difference
As an Internal Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance and transparency across global operations. You will own the end‑to‑end reporting, reconciliations, and internal control activities for the Hyderabad Shared Service Center, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of key financial insights.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define reporting requirements, identify risks, and implement effective control mechanisms. Through your work, you will help safeguard financial integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision‑making across the organization.
What Makes You the Right Fit
You are a finance professional with a strong foundation in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance, or Accounting,
You bring 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
A solid understanding of financial systems and sub‑processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Experience with BlackLine and financial reconciliations
A proven ability to ensure compliance with internal controls frameworks and regulatory requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Lean / Six Sigma certification (a strong advantage)
