About the Role This role is central to managing and optimizing the end-to-end transport network, collaborating closely with Operations and Returns teams to ensure efficiency and control costs. A key focus will be on analyzing and reporting on critical KPIs, proactively signaling deviations, and taking corrective action to drive performance. The specialist will also lead strategic improvement initiatives, present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, and foster strong relationships with third-party carriers and vendors to elevate service quality.
