What You’ll do:
Respond to internal requests regarding custom systems via email or chat
Identify and diagnose technical issues and walk users through the resolution process
Log and track issues using a administration module of the systems
Provide support for a variety of internal developed software applications and hardware systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate development team or project managers
Support the end-users on software applications
Update data and produce reports
