The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
We’re hiring an Internal Engagement Lead for Apple Retail, managing a team of regional internal engagement program managers.
The ideal candidate will guide and develop the team to drive excellence in performance while spearheading solution-based content strategy, has a passion for building workforce engagement plans, is attuned to content consumption trends and preferences, and believes in impactful storytelling — ultimately driving effective engagement to support customer-facing retail teams for delivering excellent customer experiences.

As an Internal Engagement Lead, you will manage a regional team of Internal Engagement Program Managers, coordinating the activities of the team with responsibility for results. You will be responsible for the mapping, briefing and strategic application of retail engagement content, in order to inform, teach, involve and inspire Apple’s Retail teams.
We're looking for a team lead who understands internal engagement and omni-channel content — someone who connects business strategies to workforce needs and company culture, while managing content across the platforms and touchpoints retail teams use daily.
You will lead your team in building and delivering engagement plans that support Retail programs, projects, and campaigns. Staying current on engagement and learning trends, you will drive the creation of relevant, well-crafted content in the right formats to help retail teams deliver meaningful customer experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, with a demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment through strong inclusive leadership that creates a respectful, equitable, and safe space where all voices are valued.
10+ years developing and presenting communication and learning plans, with experience in marketing, product launches, and employee program strategies within an advertising, marketing, or PR environment.
Proven track record navigating large cross-functional organizations in a fast-paced environment, balancing stakeholder needs, pivoting to frequent shifts in priorities, with demonstrated experience operating in the APAC regional environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages that motivate behavior change and drive business goals.
Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin

Demonstrating a strong strategic mindset, business acumen, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, clear project management capabilities, and thoughtful managerial abilities are key attributes for this role.
Proven ability to anticipate business challenges, formulate effective communication strategies that meet audience needs and business goals, and execute end to end to ensure delivery is on target and on brief.
Exceptional learning agility to listen, absorb, and apply insights in dynamic situations, paired with strong knowledge of the diverse APAC information and learning content landscape.
Demonstrated passion for Retail, with experience engaging people in a human way and at the scale of Apple.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
