Internal Communications Business Partner
In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the P&T team to bring our internal story to life. You'll provide expertise and advice across strategic communications, storytelling, campaigns, change communications and employee engagement. You’re an content owner and creator, and trusted relationship‑builder who is just as happy by shaping the strategy as you are by rolling up your sleeves to deliver brilliant work, fast.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver internal communications projects and campaigns across the P&T function - and Entain - creating content that lands well, drives engagement and resonates with our people.
- Create and deliver engaging content and events across the channels that matter - Slack, Intranet, Teams Town Hall, Viva Engage and video - using strong creative and platform know‑how to choose the right format.
- Build an understanding of Entain and P&T strategies so our communications make the story clear, relevant and actionable for teams across the business.
- Bring the strategic narrative to life so our people feel connected, informed and proud to advocate for Entain and our brands.
- Make communications a core part of our change programmes - bringing insight and advice to help leaders land change well.
- Partner with senior Product & Tech leaders and their teams, becoming their trusted advisor and first call for impactful internal communications.
- Build strong, proactive relationships, getting close to priorities, challenges and audiences so you can tailor communications.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to our P&T teams. You’ll build great relationships with people and bring creativity and energy to the role. You’ll shape engaging narratives, bring change to life, celebrate progress and ensure our people feel informed, inspired and connected to the impact of their work.

What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years experience working as an Internal Communications Business Partner / Manager.
- We’re looking for an outstanding Internal Communications Partner who has experience in fast‑moving, complex, global environments (Product & Technology experience is an advantage).
- You’ll turn strategy into content that cuts through, creating standout communications, campaigns and events that energise our people and land across our diverse, global audiences.
- You’ll be a trusted advisor with exceptional writing skills, able to influence at every level and confidently partner with senior leaders.
- Change excites you. You bring a experience in transformation communications, helping colleagues understand what’s changing, why it matters and how they fit in.
- Creative, energetic and commercially sharp, you know what makes messages resonate and how to deliver them with impact.
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure, you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and moving at pace.
- You’ll play for the team, flexing when needed to support a dynamic internal communications team.
