INTERNAL AUDIT SPECIALIST
MISSION
Ensure proper implementation of accounting systems and procedures, as well as the accuracy of the information in Ficosa accounts.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor the management of the taxation of Spanish companies (calculate taxes and compile statements, handle summons and inspections, provide tax advice to the administration).
- Collaborate in compiling SOX closings, budgets and strategic plans of the Spanish subsidiaries
- Monitor Settlement the accounting and tax information from Spanish companies.
- Prepare, control and monitor fiscal reporting of Spanish companies with SOX compliance.
- Support set-up and implementation of BPCS system, for tax requirements
- Advise on Spanish taxation.
- Monitor and control definition and implementation of Tax Spanish Finance projects of reorganization, adquisitions, financings…..
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OSHE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
| Academic background: | Bachelor in economics or business administration |
| Language: | Fluent local language & Fluent English (written & spoken) |
| Experience: | Minimum of 1 year in a similar position |
