Internal Audit - Head of COE
Your responsibilities
- Lead global audit methodology aligned to IIA standards; oversee audit plan and resource prioritization.
- Drive consistency in audit practices and maintain updated audit policies, templates, and procedures.
- Design and deliver technical training; support global onboarding and capability building.
- Champion digital innovation, adopting analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with IT&D to develop dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Oversee internal and external audit reporting.
- Lead Internal Audit Quality Assurance, conduct periodic reviews, and track KPIs.
- Maintain the central audit knowledge repository and governance processes.
- Act as a key liaison with audit leaders to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a high performance culture and mentor audit talent to support succession and growth.
The experience were looking for
- Qualified auditor/accountant with proven leadership experience in a major international organization or large accounting practice.
- 12-15 years of FMCG/Consumer Health experience preferred, with strong expertise in developing and innovating leading internal audit processes and systems.
- Strategic mindset with ability to interpret and evaluate control and process issues.
- Strong influencing and communication skills across global boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and modern analytics tools (JDE/SAP/Power BI desirable)
