This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students.
You would learn from our senior experts and work in Order Management Solutions (OMS) Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals. The OMS Intern supports for job submission to Global Service Centre (GSC) for milestone update and document upload in CargoWise (CW1) as well courier arrangement for new customer.

 

During this internship, your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of OMS.

  1. Collecting milestone from carrier and forwarders.
  2. Submit job to GSC for carrier milestone update in CW1.
  3. Submit job to GSC for document compilation, segregation and uploading in CW1.
  4. Arrange courier shipment to customer when requested.
 

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain May 2026 onwards.
  • It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
  • Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • This internship location is at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
  • Looking for intern who can join in May 2026 onward.
