Intern - HR Operations & Recruitment (m/f/d)

💡 Please note that this position is on-site in Augsburg, and advanced English and German skills are required.
What You’ll Do ✨
📢 Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
Working closely with a Co-Founder on more general HR topics like cost analysis or taking care of our internal HR-System
📋 Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and support documentation for new hires
📅 Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
🧑🤝🧑 Respond to employee inquiries and support HR operations to ensure satisfaction and engagement
🏢 Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
📆 Available for a 6 month internship in our Augsburg office
🧠 Strong interest in how a business works, especially from the HR and talent management perspective
🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.
📎 Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
🤝 Team player who can also work independently with a proactive mindset
