POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Service Intern would be responsible for working with the Field Service, GPS, and Damage Billing Teams. Tasked with supporting those departments through various projects for each department. These Projects would be in conjunction with our department and company goals.
LOCATION AND HOURS
- Onsite, Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with various Field Service Coordinators to learn and perform basic tasks within the Field Service department.
- Working with our GPS Coordinator to learn and perform basic tasks within the GPS department.
- Working with our Damage Billing Coordinators to learn and perform basic tasks within the Damage Billing department.
- Working with the Senior Fleet Manager on projects and helping to identify areas of opportunity and strength within the multiple departments.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- “Work as a team” mindset while being able to work independently.
- High energy and positive attitude
- The desire to learn and ask questions
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with our product offerings.
- Knowledge of auto mechanics.
- Knowledge of estimating building.
- Knowledge of telematics.
