What you’ll do
- Respond to enquiries from colleges and universities that want to become an Extreme Academy; share program information and clearly explain the onboarding steps
- Support the Extreme Sales team with bid responses where Extreme Academy is part of the proposal
- Gather feedback from existing Extreme Academies, identify improvements, and coordinate with the Extreme Training team to implement changes
- Support high-profile Extreme Academy opportunities and launches as part of the implementation team (occasional travel to UK cities)
- Assist the Extreme Channel team to analyse and identify skills gaps across UK distributors and partners; help develop training/enablement initiatives to close those gaps
Who you are
- You’re a current student (or recent graduate) in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related subject
- Strong interest in networking technology and curiosity to learn how enterprise networks are designed and supported
- Clear, friendly communicator—comfortable emailing/calling and explaining steps to people who are new to the program
- Empathy for the needs of universities and students; you can see things from their perspective
- Organised and reliable: you can track enquiries, follow up, and keep internal stakeholders aligned
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
