Role & responsibilities

- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5/V6; experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is an added advantage.
- Experience in at least one complete New Product Development (NPD) project.
- Hands-on expertise in design and development of automotive interior components (Hard trims, Door trims, Instrument panels, and consoles).
- Solid understanding of product design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in GD&T with hands-on experience in creating 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Ability to independently handle components and interior commodity design responsibilities.
- Capable of analyzing requirements and developing designs in line with established design rules and standards.
- Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to dynamic work requirements across different streams.
- Willingness to work in challenging and fast-paced environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product design, enhancing performance and efficiency.
