Interim Recruiter - UK & Ireland
Everfield is looking for a hands-on interim Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure uninterrupted hiring delivery across their UK & Ireland portfolio. The role involves owning end-to-end recruitment for active UK & Ireland roles and partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of GTM recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK hiring market
- Proven ability to step into roles quickly and work autonomously
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
