Join our Finance Team and advance your career as an Intercompany Analyst at BP Business Sol (HC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of intercompany transactions and financial reporting. You will leverage your analytical skills and collaborative spirit to support our financial operations and contribute to the company's overall financial health.
Job Responsibilities
* Execute and reconcile intercompany transactions across various entities, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
* Analyze intercompany balances, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
* Prepare and review intercompany financial reports, providing insightful data visualization and interpretation to management.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of intercompany processes, embracing Agility core practices and suggesting innovative solutions.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, influencing outcomes and fostering strong working relationships.
* Support credit management activities related to intercompany accounts, assessing risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
* Actively participate in managing change initiatives related to financial systems or processes.
* Present findings and recommendations to various audiences in a clear and concise manner.
* Apply commercial foresight to understand the business implications of intercompany transactions.
* Demonstrate a customer-centric thinking approach when interacting with internal business divisions.
* Contribute to risk management efforts by identifying potential intercompany financial risks and proposing controls.
* Maintain an awareness of sustainability principles and their potential impact on financial operations.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in a financial analysis or accounting role, with a strong focus on intercompany transactions.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Thinking and problem-solving.
* Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to apply Commercial Foresight in a large corporate environment.
* Experience with Data visualization and interpretation tools and techniques.
* Solid understanding of Financial Reporting principles and practices.
* A track record of Influencing stakeholders and driving positive outcomes.
* Experience in Managing change within a dynamic financial landscape.
* Strong Presenting skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
* Knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and their application in finance.
* Familiarity with Agility core practices is a plus.
* A proactive approach to Creativity and Innovation in improvement in execution.
* Prior experience in Credit Management is advantageous.
* Awareness of Sustainability principles and their relevance to business operations.
* Commitment to Customer centric thinking in all interactions.
