INTEGRATED TEST MANAGEMENT

This role will provide test concept definition, deeper involvement in analysis, integration, optimization, and validation of test equipment during the acceptance phases of new production lines. These activities demand dedicated leadership and cross‑functional coordination that exceed the capacity and focus of our current structure. You are responsible—within customer projects—for developing and standardizing test and inspection concepts for electronics manufacturing, in coordination with product development and the respective production site. You analyze and evaluate design and development concepts early on, focusing on testability in production (Design‑for‑Test), and drive optimization throughout the product development process. Centralized ownership of test strategies across ICT fixturing, SUT systems, and end‑to‑end production test readiness. Support for new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring that all test assets—ICT fixtures, SUTs, test stations, and verification equipment—are properly integrated, validated, and optimized during the acceptance phase of new lines. Together with product development, you assess customer requirements and support the definition of test and inspection requirements Process standardization and optimization to ensure that test procedures, equipment, and methods are consistent and scalable across NSA plants. You act as the primary contact for all topics related to testing and inspection in production, focusing on optimizing yield and test times. You oversee the implementation of test and inspection equipment for production according to the defined concept. Quality, yield, and cycle‑time improvement through dedicated focus on testability, equipment performance, and early detection of design‑for‑test issues. You are also responsible for standardization and technology projects related to test and inspection procedures. You evaluate and transfer “lessons learned” into cross‑departmental projects to sustainably improve processes, methods, and tools.
