Integrated Logistics Customer Onboarding Technical Architect (OTM)

Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization in Contern, Luxembourg, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Technical Architect to drive the successful implementation of transport management solutions for new and existing customers.
In this role, you act as the technical authority on OTM configuration, bridging the gap between solution design and system execution. You ensure that configurations are delivered consistently, according to global standards, and aligned with customer requirements.
You will work closely with Solution Leads, Engineers, and Configuration Specialists, coordinating both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality system implementations.
As a Technical Architect, you take ownership of the configuration quality and technical delivery within onboarding projects. Once the process design is defined, you step in to translate it into structured system configurations and guide the execution.
You are the go-to person for complex configuration topics, ensuring that all system setups are scalable, compliant, and aligned with KN standards. You also play a key role in coordinating resources and aligning stakeholders across the project.
How you create impact
- Translate solution designs into structured and executable OTM configuration work packages;
- Review and validate configuration outputs from internal teams and external partners;
- Lead and coordinate Configuration Specialists, ensuring quality and consistency;
- Act as the main interface for subcontractors, ensuring delivery meets KN standards and timelines;
- Support project teams by identifying risks, ensuring progress, and aligning technical execution;
- Collaborate with Solution Leads, Engineers, and Testing teams to ensure end-to-end readiness;
- Resolve complex configuration challenges and act as subject matter expert for OTM;
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing templates, tools, and configuration processes.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with OTM configuration (10+ preferred)
Experience in TMS implementations or logistics system configuration
Strong understanding of transport processes, order management, and system integrations
Experience coordinating or leading technical/configuration teams (internal and external)
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical stakeholders and customers
