Experian Insurance Services is looking for driven, customer-focused professionals to join their inbound call center team as Senior Insurance Sales Advisors. The role involves guiding customers through the insurance comparison and switching process, analyzing customer insurance needs, and closing sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products
- Broker or call center experience
- Active Florida and California P&C or Personal Lines license
- Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
- Excellent phone communication, sales experience, and customer first approach
- Technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment
