What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing existing fund ranges and engaging with stakeholders to clearly articulate current processes
- Reviewing outsourced provider system functionality and developing strong working knowledge of reporting tools
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and documenting proposed improvements for stakeholder review
- Offboarding valuations from the legacy system to the new TPA platform, including supporting testing and query resolution
- Supporting the creation of test plans and scripts and ensuring robust execution
- Communicating operating models, processes and procedures to operational teams and delivering training and ongoing support
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and strengthening controls to support a risk‑based outsourcing framework
- Delivering value by supporting transformational activity that drives productivity and effective ways of working
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in fund valuation production or oversight, ideally 5+ years
- Strong understanding of fund valuation processes across PMC and Internal Client fund ranges
- Ability to interpret complex system functionality and articulate it clearly to varied stakeholders
- Experience working with outsourced service providers and/or transition programmes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and propose process enhancements
- Effective communicator who builds constructive relationships and collaborates well across teams
- Comfortable working in dynamic, multi‑stakeholder delivery environments
- Self‑starter with an inquisitive mindset and commitment to maintaining technical and market knowledge
