About the Role

If you’re passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and love bringing complex ideas to life through clear, engaging content, this role is for you. As an Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you’ll design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities—digital, virtual, in-person, and blended—for a global enterprise client. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, think creatively about how adults learn best, and apply instructional principles with precision and imagination.

What You’ll Do

• Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities grounded in strong learning theory.

• Build high-quality instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials (IGs, PGs, job aids, activities, self-study content).

• Visualize learning flows and translate content into clear, intuitive learner experiences.

• Apply consistent writing quality, grammar, tone, and style across deliverables.

• Work with authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Adapt, etc.) to produce SCORM-compliant digital assets.

• Incorporate graphics, audio, and video into eLearning components.

• Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to gather inputs, refine content, and deliver on time.

• Follow development guidelines, checklists, and style guides to ensure quality and consistency.

• Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, templates, and client processes.
