The Insider Threat Monitoring Lead develops and operates insider threat detection and mitigation programs to protect CBP systems, personnel, and sensitive information.

As the Insider Threat Monitoring Lead, you’ll design and operate programs that detect behavioral and technical indicators of insider risk, helping safeguard sensitive systems, data, and personnel. • Operate insider threat monitoring and detection capabilities
• Analyze behavioral and technical risk indicators
• Identify, assess, and mitigate insider risk
• Ensure compliance with Federal insider threat policies
• Produce threat assessments and intelligence reports

• US Citizenship is Required
• 5+ years of insider threat or counterintelligence experience
• Expertise in security analytics and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of NISPOM, EO 13587, and insider threat standards
• CISSP certification required
• TS (SCI‑eligible) clearance
