Inside Sales Representative

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare offers including price requests, data entry in CRM-System, and necessary calculations.

• Follow up on quotes according to defined rules between Inside Sales and Outside Sales.

• Active communication with the Outside Sales (OS)

• Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking.

• Manage booking Blanket +CA

• Monitor all Blankets in CRM.

• Customer master data management.

• Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).

• Oversee API requests and handle escalations
