In this role, you will join one of our freight forwarding companies and work closely with Voyfai to support the commercial growth of two established freight forwarding companies in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, you will help expand their customer base and support day-to-day commercial activities in a competitive and fast-moving market.

Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d), you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for two freight forwarding companies within the Voyfai group in the Dutch-speaking market. You will play a key role in building initial customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and acting as the first point of contact between prospective customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach potential B2B customers in the Dutch-speaking market via phone, email, and social channels

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SME freight forwarding businesses within Voyfai Group

  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and company leadership

  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing contact with potential customers

  • Research target companies, industries, and stakeholders to personalize outreach and maximize engagement

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with sales and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or other commercial roles (internships or working student experience also welcome)

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level), with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good command of English for internal collaboration across the Voyfai group

  • Interest in sales, business growth, and supporting SMEs in the logistics or freight forwarding sector

  • Proactive mindset with resilience and curiosity

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously

  • Affinity with logistics, transportation, or mobility sectors is a plus
