Inside Sales Executive
Role & responsibilities
- Analyse customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations
- Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for products and services
- Ensure that all quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies
- Track and manage multiple quotations simultaneously
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and sales activities.
- Follow up quote status with Sales team
- Keep track of orders received, executed, status
- Identify opportunities to improve the quotation process and make recommendations to management
