  • Sales Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales performance.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and support opportunity pipelines, including gathering feedback on sample orders and quotations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to assist Account Managers.
  • Forecasting: Enter forecast data accurately.
  • Documentation Management: Handle customer documents and respond to requests for information (RFIs).
  • Sales Contracts: Enter, monitor, and modify sales contracts and price agreements, including consignment agreements and inventory tracking
  • Customer Communication: Manage customer notification effectively.
  • Overdue Management: Proactively manage overdue payments to support cash flow, resolve dispute cases, and handle order blocks due to over payments or credit limit issues.
