We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Your Key Responsibilities:

โœ… Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats

โœ… Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics

โœ… CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion

๐Ÿ“Œ Who You Are:

๐ŸŒŸ Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development

๐ŸŒŸ Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills

๐ŸŒŸ Fluent in Czech & English (at least B2 level)

๐ŸŒŸ Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
