The goal of the program is to prepare you for a fulfilling career. High‑performing interns may progress into our 18‑month graduate program, giving you a solid foundation and a head start in your long‑term career.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a great fit if you:
- Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and are expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
- Are eligible to work in Taiwan and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Are a strong communicator, have a growth mindset, and love learning.
- Can be physically present in Taiwan and report onsite at our Taipei office throughout the internship period.
Experience Commercial in Action:
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across different commercial functions. Depending on your assignment, you may work with initiatives in Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Sales Operations, Channel Engagement, or Capability Building. Each function plays a distinct role in our commercial ecosystem — from building brands and shaping consumer journeys to driving sales execution and strengthening frontline capabilities—giving you the chance to create real impact within your assigned team.
Internship Duration: July 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
