TEAM OVERVIEW

The Global Client Solutions team (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS was formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 250 executives located in 21 offices across four continents and in 17 countries.

The KCS platform is primarily organized around two specialized focus areas: Sales/Relationship Management and Product/Strategy Management. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our global Infrastructure investing teams to Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Capital Markets, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to diversify KKR’s client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Infrastructure Strategies Team within KCS is seeking an Associate to join its London office. This individual will serve as a product specialist, working closely with the firm’s Infrastructure investment professionals and global capital raising teams. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of the Infrastructure platform, encompassing fund structuring, marketing, fundraising, investor engagement, and ongoing investor relationship management. The successful candidate will support the full suite of Infrastructure products, with a primary focus on fundraising for the Infrastructure K-Series evergreen product suite across EMEA and APAC.

The Associate will play a key role in supporting live fundraising processes, with primary responsibility for coordinating and responding to investor due diligence requests. In addition, the Associate will collaborate closely with deal teams to develop a detailed understanding of the current portfolio, investment pipeline, and broader market environment. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to written and analytical due diligence inquiries from investors;
  • Coordinating with investment, sales, asset management, and portfolio management teams for any questions that come in via an investor or a Relationship Manager;
  • Working across functions to obtain and synthesize information from the investment, ESG, reporting, and accounting teams in order to prepare investor communication materials;
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials, investor presentations, and regular updates;
  • Supporting client-specific follow-up requests and other bespoke projects as required; and
  • Over time, it is expected that the Associate will take a more external-facing role acting as a proxy for the Infrastructure investing team in marketing meetings, having the knowledge to support, service, pitch, update and respond to all questions from an existing or prospective client.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates will have 3–6 years of experience as an Analyst or Associate at an investment bank, placement agent, or asset management firm, in an investing, investor-facing, or client-facing capacity. The hire will serve as a key point of access for global sales teams seeking information on our Infrastructure investment strategies, interacting regularly with multiple parts of the firm. We are looking for team-oriented candidates with strong analytical backgrounds, outstanding oral and written communication skills, maturity, executive presence, and sound judgment.

  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in a second European language is essential, with a strong preference for French, Italian, or German, given the external-facing nature of the role and the focus on fundraising across EMEA.
