We are looking for a Manager of Infrastructure and Operations to support our current needs and transition to an Authority and Developing a long term infrastructure strategy and roadmap and Temporary Support to manage Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations and Customer Support Creates and manages portfolio and team performance using metrics including reliability, availability, compliance and responsiveness for this operational area Negotiates and manages support arrangements.
- Support for Omni channel retail systems
- Support for Store network operations and SLA’s
- Maintain and support existing systems to meet current compliance
- Converged Data / Telecom / Conferencing
- Support for Omni channel retail systems

Skills:
- Experience in Infrastructure Management
- Experience Managing helpdesk / customer support functions
- Experience with Network Design and Management
- Experience in Infrastructure support for retail
- Experience in Server and application management and support including change control
- Experience with System Engineering for windows and Linux based systems
- Excellent Communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience with Mixed in house and outsourced Infrastructure
- Project Execution and change management
