MISSION

As an Influencer Marketing Operations Executive, you will serve as the main point of contact between clients and influencers or their management agencies throughout the entire lifecycle of a campaign. From brief development to final reporting, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring creative alignment between the brand’s objectives and influencer content.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Identify and select influencer profiles that align with campaign objectives and guidelines provided by the Client Services and New Business teams.

  • Build and maintain clear, professional, and ongoing communication with assigned influencers and talent managers.

  • Oversee the timely and high quality delivery of influencer generated content, ensuring it meets campaign requirements and brand standards.

  • Coordinate product seeding, shipments, and any additional resources needed to execute campaigns.

  • Proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues and implement action plans to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

  • Track, analyze and report campaign performance using the Shinebuzz platform, including content clipping and metrics.
