Industrial Project Buyer
Main Responsibilities : Contribution to project teams : Participate in defining requirements in coordination with technical and project teams. Build the associated purchasing strategy (sourcing, allotment, contractual mode). Integrate planning, quality, budget and safety constraints right from the upstream phase. Project purchasing management : Launch calls for tender, analyze technical, financial and contractual offers. Lead negotiations through to contractualization, in liaison with legal experts if necessary. Ensure that purchase orders are issued and that supplier commitments are met. Performance monitoring and supplier management : Monitor delivery deadlines, service quality and supplier reminders. Manage any disputes or contractual discrepancies in coordination with the project. Carry out supplier assessments at the end of the project (performance, feedback). Continuous improvement : Capitalize on completed projects (costs, suppliers, practices). Participate in enriching purchasing databases and market watch. Suggest ways of optimizing TCO, standardization and supplier innovation. General Skills : Good command of purchasing techniques, negotiation and contractualization. Knowledge of industrial environments and technical project management. Structured mind, rigor, ability to analyze and summarize. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a project team. Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (ORACLE, strongly preferred). Good level of French and English (written and spoken). Academic Background Experience : Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, process or materials engineering or equivalent, with 4 years' experience in a similar position in the industrial sector, ideally mining. Position based in Casablanca.
