Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Job Purpose: Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery
- Support with machine improvement and the installation of new equipment
- Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience
- Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or other technical field preferred
- 3-5 years verifiable experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Specific experience maintaining stamping presses preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Automation experience required
- Well versed in standard preventative maintenance protocols
- Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPE
- Proficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tapping
- Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controls
- Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO procedures
- Previous experience maintaining air compressors a plus
- Previous experience programming automated equipment including robots
- Ability to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs
